Special Agreements: On all groups any extras or unpaid items etc not settled on departure will automatically be deducted from credit card without notification. Any guests that fail to appear on the arrival day full payment will be charged to your credit card. One week prior to Arrival we will require a Rooming List (For each guest full name is required e.g Mary Murphy) This is due to Fire, Health & Safety Regulations. All cancellations must be made 7 full days prior to arrival or a full payment will be charged to your credit card. Otherwise, guests must check in individually with a valid credit card to guarantee extras.
Payment Details: You will be required to pay the above on check in if a group account. If any member of your group causes disturbances to any other guests a charge will be incurred.
In order to confirm your reservation, this booking agreement must be signed and returned by having read the terms/conditions below and taking note of payment requirements.
Hotel Policy The Kilkenny Inn Hotel has strict indoor (hallways and guestrooms) quite policies for the comfort and security of all hotel guests, and will not tolerate excessive noise at any time.
Each guest is a subject to the policies below:
The credit card of the guest booking the room will be subject to charges for damages, due to other guest complaints regarding excessive noise during quite hours: (11.30pm – 6.00am)
Guests who do not comply with the Quite Policy and disrupt the peace and quite enjoyment of other guests will be required to vacate the premises without refund
Cancellation Fees
Deadline Date: (1 month) If cancellations are not made within one month a 30% fee will occur.
If you have 2 nights booked and you are cancelling one night the hotel has discretion to cancel equal amount of rooms for the second night, of which you will be notified.
Terms & Conditions:
1. The above rates are subject to contract between, the operator and the Kilkenny Inn Hotel. Please sign and return a copy of this contract. 2. All deposits agreed must be received by the dates as specified. In the event of non-payment the hotel reserves the right to cancel the rooms by informing the client by fax/email, letter or telephone. 3. The client shall indemnify the hotel for any loss or damage caused to any part of the hotel premises, to any fixtures and equipment of the hotel. 4. Accommodation reserved may not be available for occupancy earlier than 1600 hours on the date of arrival please advise if you require accommodation prior to this time and we may be able to accommodate you. 5. Check out time is no later than 12.00pm on the day of departure. |
